I love this piece, it's so interesting what you notice when you take time outside of the every day to spot patterns and themes (and colours!). Green is definitely my colour way; many objects I own and clothes that I didn't even get to choose are green, though I never noticed until a boyfriend (now my husband) pointed out that I had green everywhere... and now I see it.

It is such a soothing colour and I think my favourites are the shades I find outside. 💚

Thank you Fiona! That’s is great. This time of year is so great for green scenery. I live in Minnesota and summer green is much needed every year! Glad to hear you love nature too!

This is a beautiful piece. Greens and blues are very dominant colours in my life. The colour of our countryside never ceases to amaze me and lift my spirit.

Thank you Rachel for reading. It sounds like you are close to nature. It is so valuable in our creative lives I believe. I think it allows us to pause and refresh and go back to daily life!

What a lovely piece and series of photographs, Tara! I’ve been putting together series of images, and the dominant color are blue and red. They seem to show up a lot in my work.

Ah yes, about the note…I was being economical with my art material at the moment. Only invested in blue & yellow inks so far and trying to get as many shades as possible from the mix of the two 😊
